  • How soon can I start training?

    You can start as soon as you purchase a package! Once your payment is processed, you’ll be able to book your first session right away.

  • How do I schedule my sessions?

    Simply download the Optimal Sports Performance app. From there, you can manage your profile, schedule your sessions, and keep track of your packages - all in one place. goes here

  • How far in advance can I schedule a class?

    You can book classes up to 7 days in advance.

  • When will I be billed?

    Memberships are billed monthly based on your original sign-up date. All memberships renew automatically unless canceled with proper notice.

  • What's the latest I can schedule a class?

    The cut-off time to schedule a class is 1 hour before the class begins.

  • What happens if I miss a class or cancel late?

    If you don’t show up or cancel within 1 hour of the class start time, the session is considered a late cancellation or no-show, and the credit for that class will be forfeited.

  • Do drop-in sessions have the same policies?

    Drop-in sessions are pay-per-class and are not subject to our month-to-month billing policy, but our scheduling and late cancellation rules still apply.

    For non-members, drop-in rates will apply and will be billed to your account.

  • Can I cancel anytime?

    Yes, but we do require a 1-week written notice before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next month. Any notice received after that will apply to the following billing cycle.

  • How do I cancel my membership?

    To cancel your membership, please email us at info@optimalsportstexas.com with at least 1 week notice prior to your billing date. We require written confirmation via email - verbal requests or text messages cannot be accepted. Once we receive your request, we’ll send a confirmation and ensure no further charges are made beyond your current billing cycle.
