  • The Assessment is the entry point to our training model - every client begins here before starting any sessions.

    Whether you are an athlete looking to enhance your performance or an individual working toward general fitness and health this 45-minute assessment is a personalized session designed to evaluate your current fitness level, view movement quality and determine goals.

    During the Assessment we will:

    - Discuss your training history and past workout experience

    - Identify your goals

    - Review your full injury history to gain a clear understanding of your body’s current condition and limitations.

    - Review your current nutrition habits

    - Gather key anthropometric data (e.g., height, weight, wingspan, waist to hip ratio)

    - Assess range of motion at all measurable joints to identify mobility strengths and limitations.

    - Conduct a full movement screen to assess joint mobility, and any limitations

    This is a valuable opportunity to gain insight into your body, understand your strengths and weaknesses, and create a game plan to reach your full potential.

    Please Note: While the youth assessment follows the same foundational process as our standard evaluation, it features a shortened joint range of motion screen, making it more time-efficient while still providing valuable insight for safe, effective training.

    When a high school athlete commits to college, we proudly hang their school’s flag and add their name to our wall. Our college athletes often say their OSP training made their first team lift feel easy.

    Our Performance Training is sport-specific and designed to build power, speed, strength, agility, and resilience — helping athletes take their game to the next level.

  • Youth Performance Training lays a strong foundation for athletes ages 8–13, focusing on proper movement, coordination, and athletic development in a fun, supportive environment.

    With expert guidance and age-appropriate programming, we help young athletes build balance, motor skills, and body awareness — all while introducing the fundamentals of performance training.

    Our top priority is to instill the skills, confidence, and discipline needed to support their current and future success in sports and lifelong fitness.

  • Full-Body Strength Training is designed to target every major muscle group — upper body, lower body, and core — through powerful, compound movements that build real, functional strength.

    Each session incorporates exercises like squats, deadlifts, bench presses, rows, and overhead presses, ensuring a balanced workout that improves endurance, coordination, and overall performance.

    Join us Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 5:30–6:30 AM for a high-impact, full-body workout that sets the tone for your day.

  • Kettlebell Training is a dynamic form of strength and conditioning that uses cast-iron or steel kettlebells for powerful, full-body workouts. These workouts combine strength, endurance, and mobility through functional movements like swings, cleans, snatches, presses, and Turkish get-ups.

    Join us for Kettlebell Class every Tuesday and Thursday from 9:00–10:00 AM and build real strength that translates beyond the gym.
